Shipping Policy

  • We provide Free Shipping Pan India for all prepaid orders above ₹499. It Normally takes 2-4 working days to deliver the orders to the Metros. While it can take upto 8 working days to deliver the order to remote locations or locations with no air transport. 
  • All Activewear products such as Leggings, AOP Crop Tops, Sports Bras, Tank Tops, Joggers etc. are shipped within 2 days of placing the order. All cotton T-shirts and Tops are shipped within 2-4 days of placing the order.
  • If you have ordered more than one product, your order might arrive in 2 or more different packages. We will share tracking links for both packages separately.
  • We at Athlizur always ship packages in Sealed Bags. Please do not accept the package if the seal is broken or tampered and immediately contact us at info@athlizur.com
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, a handling fees of upto ₹99, (inclusive of tax) will be applicable. COD is available for cart amount less than ₹3000. The actual COD fee depends upon the cart value and the pincode for delivery. If we are unable to deliver your COD order for the first time, you might not be able to place any COD orders in the future with us.
  • When your package is shipped from our facility, we send you the tracking details on your mobile number/email. Please check that for any updates after 4 hours of recieving the details. If the tracking link is not working or if it fails to update even after 48 hours, please contact us immediately at support@athlizur.com with your order number so that we can fix the tracking error. You can also track your order by logging into your account at Athlizur. If you did not create an account, just use the lost password link to reset the password using the email id that you had used while placing the order
  • Any dispute regarding non delivery or delivery of wrong products is to be raised within 2 days of the delivery as shown in the tracking details. In any such scenario, we ask the shipping company to share a Proof of Delivery and that is considered as final. Delivery disputes raised after 2 days of the delivery date shown in tracking will not be entertained.
