Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. Please check and write to us on support@athlizur.com in case of any discrepancy.

You’ll receive another email & SMS once your order is shipped out.

After logging in to your Athlizur account, go to Account section to check the status of the order you want.

We do not offer gift wrapping as an option at the moment. However, please reach out to us at care@athlizur.com with your requirement and we will try our best to make it happen for you.

Prepaid orders once placed are not eligible for cancellation. In case of any modifications, please write to us on support@athlizur.com with your Order id.
For COD orders, You can cancel your order within 24 hours.

Payments

We accept following forms of online payments methods : Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and Major e-Wallets. We do not accept international credit cards at the moment.

For selected products and selected Pincodes, we also offer Cash on Delivery as payment method.

Yes, we charge a cash collection fee between ₹49 to ₹99  for COD orders depending upon the order amount and location of delivery.

If the COD option is not showing, it’s because either this facility is unavailable for your postal code or your cart value is more than ₹4999.

You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry, keeping the following things in mind:

Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.

If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7-10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at support@athlizur.com

Follow these easy steps to Redeem Athlizur Coins:

  • Go to the Athlizur Wallet icon at the bottom left of the home page represented by a Gift Icon
  • Signup / Login to your account
  • Click on the Redeem in front of the Order Discount option.
  • Choose the number of Athlizur Coins you wish to convert to a cash coupon for shopping and click on Redeem
  • Copy the generated code to apply at checkout. Please copy this code at a safe place for usage in case you do not wish to use it right now. If you lose the coupon code generated, there is no way to get the reward points back or generate a new coupon code (Note that this code is unique to you and you can not share it with any other user. Sharing it with nullify it's value) 
  • Go to Your Cart and in the discount coupon section, paste the copied code for discount. Your discount will be adjusted in your cart value.
  • Click on Complete Payment and Proceed.

Shipping

Each product has Dispatch and Shipping detials on product page. Normal shipping times are:

Metros : 2-3 days

Other cities : 3-5 working days

7-10 working days to deliver the order to remote locations or locations with no air transport.

Write to us for a change in address on support@athlizur.com with your order details.

However, please note that we will not be able to change the delivery address once the order is shipped.

Even faster than 3 days ?? We heard you. We are worlking on setting up local warehouses to ensure even faster delivery times.

We only deliver out products in India at the moment.

You can track your order on the tracking link sent to you via SMS/Email or you can login into your account on Athlizur and check it. If the tracking link is not working or if it fails to update even after 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@athlizur.com with your order number so that we can fix the tracking error.

For prepaid orders, if our shipping partners are unable to deliver the product, they send it back to us. We will initiate a refund in your Athlizur Wallet within 48 hours of products reaching back to our warehouse.

Any dispute regarding non delivery is to be raised within 3 days of the delivery as shown in the tracking details. In any such scenario, we ask the shipping company to share a Proof of Delivery and that is considered as final.

Delivery disputes raised after 3 days of the delivery date shown in tracking will not be entertained.

Returns & Exchanges

We provide 10-day easy Returns and Exchanges. You can have a look at our detailed return and exchange policy here.

To create an Exchange/Return request, go to the link below:

-To place a request, enter the order number you wish to return and the email id or phone.
-Select the product you would like to Exchange/Return
-Enter the asked details and click on Submit.

Once the return request is placed, someone from our shipping partner’s team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 24-48 hours.

Please pack the products to be returned in the original packaging with all hangtags intact. Please Note that if the product reaches us without the original packaging or tags, the return request will be rejected.

After the product is picked up, it reaches our warehouse which can take anywhere between 4-14 days.

The refund amount amount will be refunded to you in your Athlizur Wallet within 24 hours of return shipment reaching our warehouse.

If your area pincode is not serviceable for a reverse pickup, you’ll have to send the product(s) yourself to us.

Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by our shipping partners.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), refund amount + INR100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded in your Athlizur Wallet, subjected to product(s) passing the quality checks.

Once the Product reaches our warehouse ( it can take anywhere between 4 to 14 days to reach us depending upon your location and schedules of our shipping partners), the products go through quality inspection for the signs of usage.

After passing the inspection, the refunds/exchanges are processed within 24-48 hours

We update our customers through emails during each stage of the return process. If our last email states that we have initiated the online refund procedure, kindly wait for 48 working hours for the process to complete. For any queries, mail us at support@athlizur.com

No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.

As vouchers and wallet balance is issued only against returned products or in competitions, products bought primarily using the wallet balance and vouchers cannot be exchanged. However, products bought using discount codes are eligible for returns.
